Preparation
At Yunchao Fashion, we streamline every stage of the production journey to ensure quality, speed, and precision. Before production begins, we gather all design details, select fabrics, confirm prints, and prepare every element required for bulk manufacturing.
Sampling Stage
(7-10 Days)
You can choose from our Ready Designs or develop a Custom Design through our sample development process. We create fit samples, make revisions as needed, and finalise your design for approval before proceeding to production.
Production Stage
(3-5 Weeks)
Once your sample is approved, bulk production begins. This stage includes pattern-making, fabric cutting, sewing, quality control, and final packaging. Each step is carefully managed to ensure your garments are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards.
